Description : Manually submit weather station data to the APRS-IS network

Not everyone has a fancy weather station with APRS connectivity built in. Maybe
you only have an old-school thermometer and CoCoRaHS-approved rain gauge. This
command-line app will manually submit APRS 1.2.1-compliant weather information
to the APRS-IS network.

This app can allow embedded systems with custom weather monitoring hardware to
make weather reports and submit them to the ham radio APRS-IS network, without
the use of expensive weather stations, X.25, SDRs, or radio hardware. You can
see examples of this data on https:/APRS.fi.

I maintain this package on my GitHub page (linked above). I plan to maintain
this project by myself; however, I'm new to packaging and I feel a sponsor
would be a good idea.
