The tracker will reflect a news entry once it migrates.

And yes, I asked in the IRC yesterday, the excuses section of the tracker is broken, or I should say frozen (for instance check the tracker link for golang-gonum-v1-plot) but the news section works fine. The migration for rollup is in progress.
