bullseye-updates does not have a Release file

When I run sudo apt update I receive the following error messages:

Err:5 http://security.debian.org/debian-security bullseye-updates Release
 404  Not Found [IP: 2a04:4e42:77::644 80]

E: The repository 'http://security.debian.org/debian-security bullseye-updates Release' does not have a Release file.
N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default.

Here is the settings from /etc/apt/sources.list:

deb http://security.debian.org/debian-security/ bullseye-updates main
deb-src http://security.debian.org/debian-security/ bullseye-updates main

Is anyone else having this problem?
