This library allows Go programs to create and verify cryptographic
signatures that follow the HTTP Message Signatures specification
(currently an IETF draft).

This is a required dependency of Woodpecker CI (see ITP #1008934). I
intend to maintain this package as a member of the Debian Go Packaging
Team.
