cronstrue is a _javascript_ library that parses a cron _expression_ and
outputs a human readable description of the cron schedule. For example,
given the _expression_ "*/5 * * * *" it will output "Every 5 minutes".

I believe this package should be added to Debain because it is a
dependency of Gitlab.
This package will be maintained by the Debian _javascript_ team.
