htmlToXBel allows you to convert bookmarks stored in the HTML format to the XBel format.
It was included in Debian before as part of the "arora" package.
I'm trying to continue the development of arora, and I've packaged this as a separate package because I thought people might find this useful without installing a web browser with it.
This is dependeny for the "endorphin" package that I also intend to package, but not before the release of bullseye as Endorphin itself is not ready for a release yet.
