This ITP reintroduces the golang-github-juju-testing package to the archive. It was previously RM'ed in #951791 due to a dependency on mongodb. I expect that mongodb-specific code will either be removed from the package, or if the code can compile perhaps mongodb-specific tests will be disabled. This package is a common dependency for several different Go libraries that are dependencies for packaging LXD (ITP #768073). This package will be team-maintained within the Debian Go Packaging Team.
