This adds a status icon for displaying XappStatus in the Xfce 4 panel.
This is the same as xfce4-statusnotifier-plugin, but for Xapps.

If anyone is using an X-App, seen in Cinnamon, then they could have a status
notifier in the panel.

I will hopefully get this into xfce-extras-team.
