This is a simple utility which I keep wishing was aleady packaged.  It is used
for extracting archives generated by RISC OS software, which are not supported
by Info-ZIP.  It is mentioned in,

The program dates back to 1992.  While there has not been a versioned release
since 1999, it's safe to describe it as "stable".  It continues to be
maintained.

As I am not a Debian Developer, I will need a sponsor.
