The CSSminify gem provides CSS compression using YUI compressor. Instead
 of wrapping around the Java or Javascript version of YUI compressor it uses a
 native Ruby port of the CSS engine.

The package is a dependency of webgen, a static website generator which I also
would like to get back into Debian.

I would like to package and maintain this program under the umbrella of the ruby team.
