I have a debian 8 laptop with a docking station and an external
monitor, with a webcam.
When my laptop is in the docking station, with the LID closed, the
applications (like cheese) still detect my internal webcam.
Of course the webcam only displays a black screen because the LID is closed.
So my request is to deactivate the internal webcam when the LID is closed.

Hi,

thanks for filing this report.

However, at this time it looks like this is a hardware issue, and
your hardware vendor should take care of this.

Thank you for your understanding,
Chris
