With so little information about your installed software and your hardware it's
short of impossible to do anything useful with the bug report. Therefore I'm

Minimum what's needed:

* detailed information about graphics hardware
* which display system/software you are running
* which desktop environment
* which lock screen

Once you have those please fill the bug report against the appropriate package.
