A modification of the Mesa Vulkan overlay. Including GUI improvements,
temperature reporting, and logging capabilities. Helpful to analyze performance
in games (works under OpenGL as well).

Building under Debian should works, current version has no release tarball with
the git submodules included, so I'll wait for the next release before starting
a repo on salsa. More on this topic here:

It would be possible to release this under the Debian Games Team, if anyone
there is interested, otherwise I'll maintain it myself.
