This seems like a useful profile to have.
Perhaps a slightly longer Description with more keywords would give people
a better hint about what this means, since the CIL/CLI/Mono ecosystem
has a lot of names with subtly different meanings:
Disable CIL (Common Intermediate Language) bindings, as used by the
Common Language Infrastructure, Mono, .NET and C#
