Just in case this is not obvious to everyone:
deb-systemd-invoke (which is what's used in maintainer scripts of
packages using dh_installsystemd) does respect policy-rc.d (although
policy-rc.d is a rather horrible interface tbh).


Why is it that all of the instruments seeking intelligent life in the
universe are pointed away from Earth?
