Description : oneAPI Math Kernel Library (oneMKL) Interfaces
It looks like intel is starting a brand new MKL implementation to
incorprate OpenCL (GPU acceleration).
I don't know how Intel will deal with its intel-mkl (proprietary) and
oneMKL (apache-2) which provide quite similar functionality. So I'm
keeping an eye on this.
