Sorry for the noise. I hereby declare that all the idea
behind the "duprkit" has died. I wish somebody else
could provide a better idea according to the original
motivations[1] in the future.
Next I'll put my focus on the recommendation document
for Debian's machine learning / deep learning packaging

It was renamed from deeplearning-policy. I removed the "policy"
word from the name because I have no intention to get it merged
into Debian Policy. The document to some extent is my personal
recommendations according to my own experience and my interpretation
about software freedom. Hope it will be useful.
