PDF Arranger is a small application which allows one to merge or split pdf documents and rotate, crop and rearrange their pages using an interactive and intuitive graphical interface.
PDF Arranger was formerly known as PDF Shuffler.

pdfshuffler's last release was in 2012. pdfarranger was created because the pdfshuffler maintainer did not seem interested in accepting patches.
pdfarranger has been ported from Python 2 and GTK2 to Python 3 and GTK3. pdfshuffler was the last package keeping the obsolete python-poppler in Debian.
pdfshuffler was maintained by the Debian Python Applications Team so this is too.
