According to
https://salsa.debian.org/dsa-team/mirror/email-virtualdomains/blob/master/debian.org/aliases
the cdvendors@d.o alias just forwards to
cdvendors@www-master.debian.org, and www-master.d.o is under the control
of the webmaster team, which deals with stuff through the www.d.o
metapackage. Therefore I'm filing a bug there on your behalf with this
email.
FTR, those two developers have retired (atterer) or removed as MIA
(spaillard), so that's why their address doesn't resolve anymore.
