Indeed we don't know about communication attempts on upload the package.

I do hope that this escalation learns us to file bugs like

 Subject: re-enter testing
 
 Package: gjots2
 Version: 2.4.1-2

 Hi,

 Previous upload of gjots2 was done 4 years ago.
 And removed from testing 5 months ago.
 
 This bugreport is to announce (and document)
 my intention doing an upload.
