Debian med policy and cme (was Re: cme)

BTW, I found there some issues related to cme:
- there's no need to install libconfig-model-itself-perl (this module is only 
needed to update models for cme, e.g. to update Dpkg::Control model when a new 
parameter is added to control file)
- you may want to install libconfig-model-tkui-perl to use cme GUI with 'cme 
edit dpkg')
- you can generate from scratch a debian/copyright file with 'cme update dpkg-
copyright'
- config-edit is obsolete. You can check copyright data with 'cme check dpkg-
copyright)

You may also want to use 'cme check|edit|fix dpkg' so that cme works on all 
supported files (control, copyright, patches, source/format...)
