Upcoming qscintilla2 transition

qscintilla2 2.10.2 is now available in experimental.  In addition to a bumped 
soname (thus the transition), upstream has renamed packages, so the -dev 
package names are changed:

libqscintilla2-dev -> libqscintilla2-qt4-dev
libqt5scintilla2-dev -> libsqscintilla2-qt5-dev

The new packages provide the old name, so things shouldn't break immediately, 
but please update your build-depends once this is Unstable.  In the meantime, 
if you maintain an affected package (DD List attached), please test your 
packages against the new version in experimental.

I intend to do some testing as I have time.  If you've checked a package and 
it's good for the transition, please let me know so I don't duplicate the 
work.  Once the packages are tested and I get the symbols files sorted on 32 
bit archs, I'll ask the release team for a transition slot.
