Bug#869115: general: MAC address of wifi card always change

Package: general
Severity: important

Dear Maintainer,

Since I have installed Debian 9.0, the MAC address of my Wifi Card always
change. So, Network Manager cannot connect to it. Changing address with macchanger
or ip command is not efficient.

Thank you in advance.
