 With Aytana Application Indicators you can build indicator applets
 for modern desktops.

 The upstream project has been formed from Ubuntu's libappindicator
 project in order to make it available on Ubuntu and non-Ubuntu platforms
 alike. Thus, all Ubuntu-specfic patches have been removed/replaced.

 The purpose of Ayatana Indicators is providing a generic approach for
 indicator support, so that all available Linux distributions can benefit
 from the indicators concept.
