The good thing about a tool like reportbug is that it helps
filling a proper bug report. Things it does:

* Writes '    Package name:' as 'Package:'
  That is in the format the Debian Bug tracking system expects.
* Does a proper lookup on the version.
* Helps with further filling out the bug report.


You don't need 'reportbug' for reporting a bug,
however do follow what is described at https://www.debian.org/Bugs/Reporting
