It seems that someone is copying headers from the debian-devel mailing
list and using them to forge spam.

The folks at debian-devel have no idea who is sending this spam, but the
orignal messages definitely didn't come from
<debian-devel@lists.debian.org>.

Please don't sue Debian, as they are being framed for spam they never
actually sent.
