It's even funnier: the complaint here is actually fruitless,
because I have actually helped Sruthi to patch out the usage of
node-user-home from node-v8flags - it's now in the NEW queue:
https://ftp-master.debian.org/new/node-v8flags_2.0.11-1.html

This means that node-user-home doesn't need to be packaged, so
people complaining about this ITP _now_ is very ironic, since the
earlier complaints in the very same thread have lead to this ITP
being unnecessary. ;-)
