Keras [1] is a deep learning Python library which runs on the top of either Theano [2]
or Google's Tensorflow [3]. Theano and Tensorflow are commonly used to write deep
learning (multiple layer neural network based machine learning) programs, but they
are more low level tensor manipulation frameworks. Keras makes them easier to access
with a focus on fast experimentation.

Like Theano I'm going to maintain this within Debian Science (it fits into the machine
learning task). This is a Python library, the binary is going to be python3-keras.
