This is an easy-to-use Python library for creating neural network based machine learning
applications employing Numpy and OpenBLAS. A simple "hello, world" neural network for
learning from handwritten numbers in the MNIST dataset [1] just takes a couple of lines [2].

I'm going to maintain this within the Debian Python Modules Team, the binary package is
going to be python3-brainstorm.
