jQuery templates contain markup with binding expressions
('Template tags'). Templates are applied to data objects or
arrays, and rendered into the HTML DOM

This is an indirect dependency of searx (#808564).

The software is already in Debian as embedded JS library in
ikiwiki, but searx should not depend on ikiwiki.
