for this specific case, it would just require a little of extra
attention from the python-cryptography maintainer to not upload that
package without a bit of coordination with the pyopenssl maintainer
(yours truly), as those 2 packages are tightly coupled. it is not the
first time a python-cryptography upload breaks pyopenssl.
