The Soapy RTL-SDR project provides a SoapySDR module for using low cost
DVB-T/DAB+ USB dongles based on the Realtek RTL2832U chip as receivers.


This will be maintained in the hamradio team. I originally mentioned
this as part of the SoapySDR ITP, but now I decided to send separate
ITPs for the modules after all.
