NVME is a specification for accessing solid-state drives (SSDs) attached
through the PCI Express (PCIe) bus. "NVM" stands as an initialism for
non-volatile memory, which is used in SSDs. 

nvme-cli is a set of userspace tools to handle NVME adapters on a server, such
as performing serviceability functions to an nvme adapter, as adapter
firmware update, device formatting, and diagnostics.
