Description : A user-level daemon that monitors NUMA topology and processes resource consumption to facilitate good NUMA resource access of applications/virtual machines to improve performance and minimize cost of remote memory latencies.

numad is a daemon that monitor processes and their distribution on a
NUMA system, it will try to join all threads of the same process on the
same node (if memory allows it).

i use it on production for some time now, it give to me good results on
kvm virtual machines.

i plan to co-maintain it, but neither of the maintainers are DD so an
sponsor will be needed, i'm DM.
