This is a library containing common/shared code regarding the A-bis interface between BTS and BSC. It is needed for OpenBSC and OsmoBTS which are open source implementations of parts of the GSM network.

It also implements drivers for mISDN and DAHDI based E1 cards, as well as some A-bis/IP dialects.

I plan to maintain it as part of the Debian Science team just as the related library libosmocore.
