This is a Python wrapper for MurmurHash (MurmurHash3), a set of fast and
robust hash functions.  mmh3 2.3.1 supports both Python 2.7 and 3.x.

python-mmh3 is a dependency of OpenStack per
https://wiki.debian.org/OpenStack/OpenStack/todo.

My initial attempt at packaging for Debian is at
https://github.com/skyportsystems/mmh3.  I have never created an official
Debian package and would need a sponsor for this package.
