   github.com/spf13/cobra (A Commander for modern Go CLI interactions).
   Examples include:
    - Kubernetes, Container Cluster Manager from Google - http://kubernetes.io/
    - Hugo, A Fast and Flexible Static Site Generator - http://gohugo.io/
