RFH: os-autoinst and make test script for d-i

As Bug#690244 I've filed ITP some years ago... and now I've done it ;)

os-autoinst is automated testing tool for low-level, such as bootloader,
kernel and installer using kvm. So, we can test installer automatically,
probably some of your are interested in it.

You can get deb package from

And, it's just a tool, we should make our own test script for our d-i

Then, I'll ask you to try it (I just package it, not heavily use it).
This package is not uploaded yet (since copyright issue is not solved),
but it's better to tell you before it since we don't waste a time for
waiting it.
