GStreamer is a streaming media framework, based on graphs of filters which
operate on media data. GStreamermm is a C++ wrapper library for the multimedia
library GStreamer. It is designed to allow C++ development of applications that
work with multi-media.


Due to the transition to GStreamer 1.0 (see [1]) the C++ bindings have to be
updated.
The new version of subtitleeditor is already ported to GStreamer 1.0 and I need
the
C++ bindings to keep subtitleeditor in Debian.
