Dropwizard is a Java library that integrates existing high-quality Java 
libraries to create a framework for building RESTful web services.  It 
comes with out-of-the-box support for sophisticated configuration, 
application metrics, logging, operational tools and much more.

This would be a useful package to allow web applications written for
Dropwizard to be deployed on Debian systems.  Maintenance would be
performed by myself with support from the Debian Java packaging team.
