 rucksack is a command line tool and a library. The command line tool performs

 resource bundling and texture packing using an efficient rectangle bin packing

 algorithm. It produces a resource file which is meant to be read at run-time.

 The library supports reading entries from a resource file, and modifying the

 contents of a resource file.
