Well.  This are the number of different ABI since openssl exist in
OpenBSD, and they names them correctly.  On other systems, like Debian,
no real ABI-number exists.

libssl actually is at 27 now.

That's the consequence of removing cruft and actually handling ABI
changes correctly.
