Hi,

I have just finished the provider for Microsoft Azure on bootstrap-vz, in the development branch for the moment.

I have tested it with boot/reboot/disk atttachement.... and everytinh looks fine.

If someone wants to make some testing to validate it.... (please read the REAME in the bootstrapvz/provider/azure for requirements)
