Fair enough, and thanks for pointing this out. I also apologize to 
Michal for having jumped too rapidly to conclusions.

Steve's suggestions stands though: separated and actionable bugs for 
these two issues filed on the corresponding packages are way more 
helpful than a general "non-sysvinit init systems are made of fail".
