Yes, missed this reason.

In some cases this happens because the build-dependency is broken/obsolete and should not be used any more. This can affect the Python2 packages too, e.g. if there are RC bugs open on the dependency. Some of these dependencies are optional, and can just be removed. Others may require a rewrite of upstream code.
