This Python3 module implements Extended Window Manager Hints on top of
python-xlib.


This package is a dependency for Caffeine, which is currently packaged in an
Ubuntu PPA: https://launchpad.net/caffeine

I intend to package Caffeine for Debian. Caffeine currently includes pyewmh
in-tree, but it would obviously be better to package it properly.

The package is useful for implementing window managers or extensions to them
in Python; I'm not aware of any other similar package, in Debian or not,
above the level of python-xlib, on which this package is based.

I will need a sponsor for this package. It is mature, so not much
maintenance is required.
