The log for queued says:

As we don't keep files with bad signatures, I cannot tell what was wrong
in this case, but the usual problems are:

 - Wrong key used for signing. Make sure you use the one in the
   Debian keyring.
 - Garbage before or after the PGP signed block.
 - Using --sign instead of --clearsign. Make sure the signature is
   ASCII armored.
 - Key in the keyring is expired.
