 IBM_DB_SA implements the SQLAlchemy specification for supporting the IBM Data
 Servers: DB2.

Note: this package is needed by the last version of SQLAlchemy migrate, which
has been broken by the upload of SQLAlchemy 0.9. So indirectly, we need this
package to fix about 18 packages which will otherwise be stuck in Sid.
