Spot-On is an exploratory research project investigating a variety of unique
communications protocols. It enables multi-encrypted instant messaging,
decentral p2p email, public IRC-like chat channels and filesharing with
multi-encryption (SSL, RSA, AES...) based on the Echoed Message and Presence
Protocol (EMPP).
