Does systemd support an error handler script?

There is ExecStopPost, but I don't see that it gets the return value of
the main process or anything similar. So is there anything better than a
home-grown wrapper script with an error handler?

FWIW, when I asked the question above regarding core files on #systemd a
while ago (probably half a year ago or so) folks referred me to core
pipe handler, which I don't consider useful for me, as it is a global
setup.
